Parcelforce Customs Charges To Pay?

If you are sent a parcel from overseas and customs charges are payable your will receive a letter in the post from Parcelforce detailing the import duty, excise duty, VAT and clearance fee you will have to pay before your parcel will be delivered. The only good news is you can pay these charges online using a debit/credit card after which your parcel will be delivered.

We've also learnt the Home Delivery Network Ltd (HDNL) is owned by the Shop Direct group, which includes Littlewoods, and they also make deliveries for Tesco Direct, Amazon.co.uk, Virgin Wines and other online stores.
